Allison Wells, LMSW
Supervised by Lori Seeds Payne
I’m Allison Wells, LMSW, and I earned my degree from Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work. I bring meaningful experience in homelessness outreach and school-based social work, and I currently practice under the clinical supervision of Lori Seeds Payne, LCSW-S, as part of the Seeds of Hope team.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents, providing students and families with in-school therapy and external resource assistance. For a kid, learning how to build and keep friendships, expressing themselves, actively participating in school, and connecting with their family are just a few things they are expected to juggle everyday. During this time minor and major adjustments can make it difficult for a child to feel secure and able to thrive.Whatever may have driven you to seek help, you and your child are worthy of receiving it and cultivating a happy and healthy life.
In my practice I believe in the resiliency of individuals and the power of walking alongside another person with a solution-focused approach and strengths based perspective. Let us unravel ideas, relationships, and experiences that once seemed incomprehensible, providing you and your family with the evidence-based tools to connect and rebuild.
Please feel free to reach out at anytime to discuss therapeutic goals and schedule a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you and accompanying you and your family on this healing journey!
